OUR HISTORY

The Company has been operating from our south coast UK headquarters since 1999. Thanks to our fantastic overseas sales team our business has grown internationally and we now supply products to many countries around the globe. Our UK infrastructure includes our Poole based head office, sales office, marketing team and design studio, plus a central distribution centre located at Lutterworth, which is capable of holding in excess of 4000 pallets of stock at any one time. In recent years Pukka Pads has established its own paper pad production facility and strategic office in the Far East, a trading office in Hong Kong and a sales and distribution centre in Poland.The business was further expanded in 2011, by the acquisition of two UK based production plants involved in the manufacture of a wide variety of business forms (Duplicate/triplicate pads in carbon and NCR formats, Sage compatible forms, continuous forms etc).

OVERSEAS

In addition to the UK based sales teams, Pukka Pads has also established strategically located sales offices in Poland and Hong Kong.The European sales team have an extensive knowledge of the market, and their visions have proven to be a great success. The office incorporates a warehouse and distribution facility which serves clients for the Polish domestic market and for clients located in mainland Europe. We hope this company development shows our further commitment to our clients and the importance placed by the business on continually driving improvements in service levels.The Hong Kong office offers clients the opportunity to purchase goods directly from the Far East on an F.O.B basis reducing logistics and lead times in the process. Our highly experienced team in Hong Kong also undertake sourcing of any product which our clients may wish to purchase. The team constantly research new formats and materials and develop relationships with accomplished factories. The Pukka Pads quality control system requires factories to pass strict production standards for all of the products. To ensure excellence in every product and strive to exceed client expectations.

FAR EAST MANUFACTURER

A major recent development for the company was the creation of its own paper pad production plant and office in Kunshan, China. Our Chinese factory is both ISO 9001 registered and FSC certified. With leading technology,research and development capabilities and a sustainable supply commitment,we produce high quality Pukka branded notepads and paper products.

We also provide own brand design and production services at highly competitive rates, offering:

Our rapidly increasing client portfolio of bespoke production includes many well known international stationery wholesaler, retailers, supermarket chains and catalogue companies.

UK MANUFACTURER

The Pukka Pads group of companies were further expanded in 2011,by the acquisition of two UK based production plants involved in the manufacture of a wide variety of business forms (Duplicate/triplicate pads in carbon and NCR formats, Sage compatible forms, continuous forms etc). Gaining new valuable team members including three senior managers that have over 100 years of print experience between them, this combined with an experienced team means we are able to offer not just exceptional quality, great prices but excellent customer service too. The team offer a wide selection of standard stock items, however we also offer bespoke design and production of business forms accordingly to individual clients requirements and specifications.

OUR ETHICS

Pukka Pads are committed to conducting business in an environmentally responsible manner. We strive to remain aware of the environmental performance of our staff, suppliers and production plants wherever possible.
We take pride in that all of our paper pads and notebooks are produced from paper which originates from sustainable sources and products are made in mills with ISO9002 and ISO14001 accreditation. In 2010, Pukka Pads production plant was officially certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
